Director's notes:
Divisions of 16 players. The bottom division may have as few as seven players or as many as 22. Cambridge's usual "boxed fours" pairing format will be used for the 16-player divisions, ensuring no possible repeats until round seven. Divisions are split into four subgroups of four players. The first three rounds are RR within the subgroups. After three rounds the divisions are reconfigured into new subgroups of four based on standings. Rounds four through six are RR within the new subgroups. Round seven is KOH. Gibson Rule applies in round seven only. Note: Some form of the FOTD rule may be in vogue.
