#note I took a loooong time here. Like 10+ minutes long. I tried to go through different end games with 2 tile draws after G15 BEMIST to go down 9. I couldn't find a single winning 2 tile draw.
I also thought about bingos after N12 AB, recognizing that bingoing also needed to outrun my deficit. I still decided that the N12 fish seemed better. I was right. In fact, it wins 1/3 of the time!
