>Bryan_Richgruber: AORRTW H7 TARROW +26 26
#note Not a good way to start a game right after a loss. This is phony.
>Samuel_Kaplan: AEFILLU 10F FE.ULA +19 19
#note 12H (W)AILFUL
>Bryan_Richgruber: AAIM 11J AMIA +22 48
>Samuel_Kaplan: CEEIILW 11C WILE +19 38
#note Not much to score here, so looks fine.
>Bryan_Richgruber: AABDENR - +0 48
#note Not actual rack. Bryan exchanged 3 tiles here.
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?CEITTX M6 EXCIT.nT +100 138
#note Makes up for accepting the phony. Bamdingers never get old!
>Bryan_Richgruber: ?AEPRSS 14H ASPERSe +95 143
#note ApPRESS and SPARSEr also work for the same score. Nice find.
>Samuel_Kaplan: DGOUUVY 15F GUY +36 174
#note I did see DOGY in this spot too. 6 more points isn't enough to justify keeping UUV, so this looks good.
>Bryan_Richgruber: ACHIT N2 AITCH +49 192
>Samuel_Kaplan: ADEHOUV 12A HUED +35 209
#note 8J DOU(C)HE is an improvement over this to score 4 more and ditch the O. #findingmedium
>Bryan_Richgruber: EINNV 4I INVEN. +18 210
#note He must have had other consonants if he didn't do O1 VINE for 31.
>Samuel_Kaplan: AADORVY 8K VA.AY +42 251
#note I'm lucky I didn't get punished too badly for not seeing the ASPERSER/ASPERSED/ASPERSES hooks. O11 OVARY for 54 is an improvement here.
>Bryan_Richgruber: BILOPU 3D UPBOIL +15 225
>Samuel_Kaplan: ADEJORT C9 JO..D +48 299
#note ASPERSED hook again! O12 JADE is 70 and basically puts it away.
>Bryan_Richgruber: EENN 4B NENE +16 241
>Samuel_Kaplan: AEGNRST A8 GART. +27 326
#note None of the 3 bingoes in this rack play here. I'm surprised A11 T(H)ANG sims ahead of GARTH because I see this as a nice defensive upgrade by blocking some bingoes using the T in TARROW* and also making it much harder to play a bingo through the N in NENE. A solid argument could be made for just dropping the G at E5 for PEG, but the S would have to be in the 5th spot. For example, even with 5 Os left, the only bingo in AENORST that would play is TREASON assuming Bryan chooses not to block. Nothing would play if I draw an I or an E or many other tiles.
>Bryan_Richgruber: DENO O12 NODE +28 269
#note I'm lucky that Bryan didn't play ZEDS here. That would have been very bad. ASPERSE TAKES D, R, AND S HOOKS!!
>Samuel_Kaplan: EIIMNOS 5C MINI +29 355
#note Right idea, 5A MONIE is a slightly better version of this. #visionsmall
>Bryan_Richgruber: EFK O1 KEF +37 306
>Samuel_Kaplan: EEIOORS K4 .OE +12 367
>Bryan_Richgruber: Q H2 Q. +11 317
>Samuel_Kaplan: BEIORSS 6B BOSS +27 394
>Bryan_Richgruber: DGOORTZ L1 DOZ.R +19 336
>Samuel_Kaplan: EILR 7F LI.RE +7 401
#note The move in the actual game was RITE for 6. I included the L so that I can actually have a complete file. I believe we both did not catch the 4th and final L, but it didn't matter in the end. Finsl score ws 408-338. I ended up winning play of the night to continue my good year! Princeton tomorrow.
