#player1 Jonathan_Lindh Jonathan Lindh
#player2 Peter_Schwartzman Peter Schwartzman
>Jonathan_Lindh: EHIIKMU 8F KHI +20 20
#note Thanks to Peter for providing his racks. KHI looks fine.
>Peter_Schwartzman: ALRRTUW F5 LUR. +10 10
#note Best.
>Jonathan_Lindh: ?EEIMOU E5 EMO +20 40
#note E2 MOUE for 16 might be better than my play. Nothing is really great here.
>Peter_Schwartzman: ARSTTWY I8 SWARTY +31 41
>Jonathan_Lindh: ?EEEITU 12I .UTEE +10 50
#note Nothing great here. TUTEE is ok.
>Peter_Schwartzman: DEIOTVV D3 VOTED +30 71
#note Best.
>Jonathan_Lindh: ??CEEIN N8 CErEsIN +69 119
#note Terrible turn. I took way too long on this turn and could not see any of the 82 point double doubles so I went with this play. I did not even consider something through the V for 80 which would have been almost as good. I was very tired in games 1 and 2 for some reason so my decision making was very off at times like this one.
>Peter_Schwartzman: ADEFIIV 8L VI.E +39 110
>Jonathan_Lindh: ALNNORU O13 NUN +13 132
#note Nothing really great here. Quackle likes M3 ANNULI for 14 by a little bit over my play. I opted to block the CERESIN spot with SSS out.
>Peter_Schwartzman: ADEFIII 3C I.IED +22 132
#note Best by a lot.
>Jonathan_Lindh: AAGLNOR 4G ORGANA +19 151
#note 2E GRANOLA for 72. I should see that every time.
>Peter_Schwartzman: AAFFIJO H13 AJI +35 167
#note Best.
>Jonathan_Lindh: BEEILLO 5J BOIL +22 173
#note 5I OBELI for 27 is a better version of my play.
>Peter_Schwartzman: AEFFMOR 2E OF +28 195
#note Quackle likes setting up the other way with 2F FA to set up the F with FADO. There are also more unseen A's in the pool than unseen O's.
>Jonathan_Lindh: EELNTTT M11 T.T +14 187
>Peter_Schwartzman: AEFGMRZ 10G GR.ZE +35 230
#note 6K GRAZE is 44, but Peter's play blocked ENDPLATE.
>Jonathan_Lindh: DEELNPT G10 .ELD +17 204
#note Of course, I never saw 13C ENDPLAY for 28.
>Peter_Schwartzman: ABFLMUX 1A ALBUM +35 265
#note Looks good.
>Jonathan_Lindh: ENOPRST 15C PROTE.NS +61 265
#note 15D PORNIEST is the 63 point bingo I did not see. I think I saw all of the bingo options except PORNIEST.
>Peter_Schwartzman: AEFGHPX 9M F.H +27 292
>Jonathan_Lindh: AADNOSW 6H WOAD +21 286
#note I saw 14B WOAD for 25 and dismissed it because I thought it gave back too much. With Peter's actual rack, I would have gotten hammered so maybe it is a good thing I didn't play there, but 13C NOWAW(DAY)S for 32 seems to be the play. Even when I'm not tired, I'm probably not seeing that play.
>Peter_Schwartzman: AEGIPXY O7 Y.. +9 301
#note Quackle likes scoring with 2A XI for 31, leaving 1 in the bag.
>Jonathan_Lindh: ACINQRS 9D QIS +21 307
#note To top things off, in my sleepy state, I miss N1 CINQS for 39. I never miss CINQ(s). Everything is under 30% to win, though. QIS is one of the top 5 plays. Did I mention I was very low on time?
>Peter_Schwartzman: AEGIOPX 12C PIXE. +28 329
>Jonathan_Lindh: AACNRS 13B CAN +20 327
#note No wins. Play SCAN instead of CAN. I had seconds left on my clock.
>Peter_Schwartzman: AGO 14J AGO +10 339
#note 11B GOA for 12. AGO is 2nd best.
>Peter_Schwartzman: (ARS) +6 345
#note Had I found CINQS, I would have had to find K9 REATAS for 12 and out, assuming Peter does not block, to win. The probability of me seeing a disconnected REATAS in my sleepy state was about 0%. I played terribly the first two games of the tournament, but would eventually get it together and win the tournament.
