#note wasnt sure of SOOTING, which plays for 2 more points. Still I would play GOOPIEST for 2 fewer, to block big H12 scores and to keep the 1 row open, which will be a bit annoying to block. GOOPIEST sims about 4-5 up

#note I considered plays like 13a POWS or SWOP/NARCEINS that might increase the power of the Z, but these plays also giv emor eback to David, and it's nice to hold the O as rack stability for next turn. WASP wins a sim

#note regrettd this move after I made it. ZORI and ZITI bingo slightly more and more importantly hit the 1 row more, saving the extra tile to hook EX. ZORI wins a sim over ZITI very slightly, DIST seems to bingo a bit better through the R and N, plus the I is better for bingoes. Still very close in a sim, and DITZ is just a point down in the sim, but I don't love the idea

#note LOVE sims around the top along with LOVE J4. LOVE J4 is a nice idea to block the R, because given his range the R will be way more helpful for David than for me, where LNOS or even NOS need more vowels to play through than consonants. I liked (L)OVE because the L helps play on the 1 row a bit more often, which is what I am gunning for here. LOVE J4 might be a better reaction to his range, but (L)OVE is a bit more proactive myself

#note I considered HEXONES last turn, and could do HEXOSAN here fo 34, did not consider that. It looks dumb to block the C column at first, but with NIQABS, the O column, and the 1 row, I don't have a shortage of lanes, so I was more interested in blocking the big scoring spot on the 4/6 row, which, at this score, can let him outrun a lot of my bingoes. NOO might be a slight improvement to save LEX, it looks close. (N)OO for 12 is the best aggressive play, maxing bingo %.
