#note I was debating between TAVERNAs and TzAREVNA here, I decided that TAVERNAS both didn't give a hotspot at N10 and didn't give an S hook but does give the spot at H12, whereas TZAREVNA does the opposite. Two good and one bad versus two bad and one good. I hadn't considered 14C (T)sAREVNA also for 70, which the sim shows reduces my opponent's bingo% by almost half since it takes out the KNITS hook. The sim likes my play the best by a slim margin.

#note Something weird happened here, there were 3 tiles in the bag and I couldn't get my tracking to line up properly to have 10 tiles unseen, I kept getting 11. I never actually looked at his rack to see if he had 8 tiles on it, but the total number of tiles added properly at the end. With his next 1-tile play, he drew the last tile out of the bag, and then his next 3 plays were 1-5-2 tiles, so he must have had 8 tiles. This obviously didn't change the result of the game, but it did affect spread since I would've been able to take any tile I wanted, which would obviously be the blank.
