>Patrick_Beatrez: ABDHLOT H8 BLATH +28 28
#note Not a word. I thought it was good and took just an E, but that's actually BLITHE and *BLITH is no good. DOBLA is the best valid word.
>Susan_Bertoni: KNP 10F KN.P +20 20
>Patrick_Beatrez: DGIOVYY 11H .IVY +24 52
>Susan_Bertoni: CEOSSST 13B COSSETS +81 101
>Susan_Bertoni: CEOSSST -- -81 20
>Patrick_Beatrez: CDGINOY F7 DOC.ING +15 67
#note Now I need to be careful and not give any S hooks. I also noticed that an L would give her COSTLESS which I think sounds like a word. I decided to just dump the whole rack with DOCKING even though something like I6 COY for 16 is better on equity.
>Susan_Bertoni: CEOSSST 14C COSSETS +79 99
>Susan_Bertoni: CEOSSST -- -79 20
>Patrick_Beatrez: AEFGLRY 13B FLAG.Y +36 103
#note And she goes for the *DOCKINGS bait. Very lucky to get a couple turns out of this sequence after playing a phony turn 1. FLAGGY looks best.
>Susan_Bertoni: CEOSSST - +0 20
>Patrick_Beatrez: EENORRU I5 ROUE +9 112
#note And I get a challenge out of it. I can't play E4 EURO since it gives the ODS hook, and it's tough to make a good play to the right of the B in *BLATH without allowing overlaps. 14B EON would be a good play to accomplish this and score some points, at worst I can still block the bottom row next turn with 15A ERR since I don't hold any hooks to AN.
>Susan_Bertoni: CEOSSST 5H C.OSSEST +70 90
>Patrick_Beatrez: ABEENRT O2 BAT.ENER +83 195
#note I didn't think of an R giving up CROSSEST, so ROUE was a bad play. Luckily I draw into a counter bingo since I'm lucky. Sim has the O3 positioning as better defensively.
>Susan_Bertoni: AAZ 12C AZA. +53 143
>Patrick_Beatrez: AIIIITW -AIIIW +0 195
#note Definitely not playing 4J WAIT keeping III. I decided to keep IT since I'm unlikely to get another I, but I should probably just keep the T instead since the I isn't a particularly good tile here.
>Susan_Bertoni: EEEEE -EEEEE +0 143
>Patrick_Beatrez: DHIILTV E4 LIVID +24 219
#note N3 DI(S)H for 34 keeping ILTV looks good, it scores so many more points than LIVID that it looks worth it.
>Susan_Bertoni: AJT J2 JAT. +27 170
>Patrick_Beatrez: EGHSTUX D3 HEX +39 258
#note Unfortunately got the X spot blocked when I drew the X. 8A TUXE(DO) for 45 looks best, scoring better and getting rid of the U.
>Susan_Bertoni: ?ADERRW N8 REWARDs +90 260
>Patrick_Beatrez: GMRRSTU C2 GUM +27 285
#note Not sure of GRUM, that looks best in the same spot.
>Susan_Bertoni: EMOP M7 MOPE +30 290
>Patrick_Beatrez: DORRSTT K1 ROD +16 301
#note 3I T(A)RDO to get rid of another consonant.
>Susan_Bertoni: ?EIINOU 14H UNIOnI.E +58 348
>Patrick_Beatrez: EENRSTT 15B NETTERS +80 381
#note Once again I'm too lucky for the bingo to hurt.
>Susan_Bertoni: IQ 14A QI +34 382
>Patrick_Beatrez: FIINOOW L2 WON. +31 412
#note L7 OF first is much better. I didn't see the APER hook for her to play ALAE for so many points.
>Susan_Bertoni: AAEELU L7 ALAE +26 408
>Patrick_Beatrez: FIIO 12K OI +9 421
#note Best
>Susan_Bertoni: EU I10 ..E +10 418
>Patrick_Beatrez: FI 2A FI. +14 435
>Patrick_Beatrez: (U) +2 437
