>Michael_Fleck: ILORZ 8D ZORIL +48 48
>Samuel_Kaplan: AIMOORR D4 ARRO. +28 28
#note This and D8 (Z)IRAM are both reasonable, I felt that this would give back less overall then ZIRAM due to E11 hotspot and saving the M gives me more flexible scoring options for next turn. I also don't have an S, so Michael would get great counterplay if he has one for the ZIRAMS hook.
>Michael_Fleck: BDNPU G5 UPB.ND +15 63
>Samuel_Kaplan: AGGIIMO F10 IMAGO +17 45
#note Or F10 AMIGO. Nothing scores well so I liked turning over some tiles and hoping for some goodies.
>Michael_Fleck: WY 7C Y.W +18 81
>Samuel_Kaplan: CEGIJOT 12A COTIJ. +36 81
#note Best play by a country mile. I didn't think Michael had an A, otherwise he might have been more aggressive with 5C W(R)Y.
>Michael_Fleck: DRU A12 .URD +21 102
>Samuel_Kaplan: EEEGNNT H1 GENET +23 104
#note This has been one of my better games with finding plays. Just goes to show you I haven't gotten great stuff yet. But good things will happen by continuing this good trend.
>Michael_Fleck: AOT 13D TO.A +17 119
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?EENQSY H12 YENS +39 143
#note I was going to do either I5 EENSY or 2F Qu(E)ENY until I got this to work with. And my play is certainly close with burning the blank with H11 QuEYS or QuEEN, which are also not terrible options. The sim favors YENS over QuEYS more than I would have thought most likely due to enough As an Is left to dump the Q next turn should I not draw a bingo.
>Michael_Fleck: DLLNSUV - +0 119
#note Not actual rack. Michael exchanged 5 tiles here.
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?ACENQS 10D QA.. +14 157
#note CENS? is certainly a strong enough leave that it wasn't worth it to do 2F Qu(E)AN.
>Michael_Fleck: AEH E3 HAE +18 137
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?ACELNS 1H .LANCErS +89 246
#note This is the highest scoring bingo I have available. This did get held, but not challenged.
>Michael_Fleck: AEEGR 12H .AEGER +20 157
#note This game was going fine until I accepted this phony. I didn't even hold this one because YAGER is good as well as JAGER and JAEGER. And I don't believe that the first ever pilot to fly faster than the speed of sound would be proud that his last name was spelled incorrectly, but more importantly, he would not be proud that an incorrect variant stayed on a board because Chuck's last name is YEAGER*.
>Samuel_Kaplan: EEFNOTV L1 .OVE +18 264
#note Right idea, should be COVET because FN don't always get along well. #findingsmall
>Michael_Fleck: EEIKLOT K4 TOELIKE +74 231
#note So no matter if I do COVE, COVEN, or COVET, the more annoying thing is I gave him a spot for this bingo.
>Samuel_Kaplan: EEFNTVW J6 FET +31 295
#note After he is random, I liked going the multi-move scoring route by hanging onto my W, thus passing up 2B WEFT and 13L FEW.
>Michael_Fleck: ?FIIMNP N1 .IFaMPIN +88 319
#note Gotta tip my hat to him for this one. Great find!
>Samuel_Kaplan: DENSSVW O7 DEVS +33 328
#note Absolutely clutch draw with picking both remaining Ss on just a 3 tile pull. I did bend by accepting the phony, which led to him drawing into his 1st bingo, but there's nothing I can do about his 2nd one except score and dump the V. I also could have left the S off to try scoring with YAEGERS*, which he might not even challenge if both of us really thought YAEGER* was good. #strategymedium
>Michael_Fleck: IIOT M10 TO.II +10 329
>Samuel_Kaplan: AILNSWX O4 XI +37 365
#note Another great draw with the X, but this should be played at L8. Thankfully, he has no open A to get rid of tiles with BAHADUR. #visionmedium
>Michael_Fleck: ABDHRUU C1 DRUB +19 348
>Samuel_Kaplan: ALNSW 14J WAL.S +32 397
#note Yep
>Michael_Fleck: AHU - +0 348
#note He could have played out with 9I HA(K)U himself, but it's understandable that he would challenge if he couldn't win.
>Samuel_Kaplan: N 6J ..N +6 403
#note L1 COVEN still plays for 6 more. Managed to weather the storm and hold on to avoid another bad loss. 3-2 +180. I would have won this one more comfortably if I call off YAEGER*, but such is life sometimes.
>Samuel_Kaplan: (AHU) +12 415
