>Larry_Sherman: EIOW 8F OWIE +14 14
>Samuel_Kaplan: ADOPUVZ F8 .UZO +33 33
#note I3 ZOUAV(E) is easy to miss sometimes and I did not see this one. That's such a great way to dispose of this much clunk. #visionlarge
>Larry_Sherman: IX 9I XI +34 48
>Samuel_Kaplan: AACDPPV 7I VAC +29 62
#note Clunky draws are somewhat deserved when I don't spot plays like ZOUAVE. At least I save APP next to OUZO for next turn and complicate things for Larry a bit.
>Larry_Sherman: EFM 10J FEM +29 77
>Samuel_Kaplan: ADEOPPU L10 .OPPED +30 92
#note Right idea with the turnover. I think L8 PU(M)PED is a little better because it scores 2 more and doesn't open quite as much.
>Larry_Sherman: FIQU 14H FIQU. +37 114
>Samuel_Kaplan: AIIINOU 15E INIA +27 119
#note Had a hard time deciding between this and 15H ANI. This is not too big of a mistake because IIOU is 9-10 points worse than IOU. I don't see myself being in a great position to try drawing scoring tiles if I kept 4 vowels as opposed to just 3.
>Larry_Sherman: AGMR 14B GRAM +18 132
>Samuel_Kaplan: BCINOUY 15L .OBY +30 149
#note And here's another play I missed: E3 BOUNCY! #findinglarge
>Larry_Sherman: JLT 11E J.LT +22 154
>Samuel_Kaplan: CEILNNU M6 UNCLE +18 167
#note No home for NUCLEIN. But I shouldn't be complaining when I've just missed too many plays.
>Larry_Sherman: DENTU E4 TUNED +21 175
>Samuel_Kaplan: INOSSTY I11 YON. +23 190
#note K7 (C)OS(E)Y is very cool here.
>Larry_Sherman: AADELRS 4C LA.ERADS +70 245
>Larry_Sherman: AADELRS -- -70 175
#note Since LATERAD is an adverb, meaning curved toward the side in anatomical terms, it does not pluralize.
>Samuel_Kaplan: AIRRSST N10 SIR +17 207
#note So even though I failed to spot that he had ADRENALS available, I unfortunately score so little blocking it that he will just keep fishing knowing he would bingo eventually. Now, after he bingoes with ADRENALS, I will have good odds of bingoing back keeping a good leave as he gives me good letters to bingo through.
>Larry_Sherman: AADELRS 6A ADRE.ALS +65 240
#note He would have fished with 14B (GRAM)A and would eventually bingo somehow. It would have been a rough position no matter what. Misscored as 63.
>Samuel_Kaplan: AHRSTVW A4 WR.TH +45 252
#note Perhaps this might have been an overreaction instead of N2 WRATH? The unseen pool is very nice and it's quite possible that he could have drawn a good rack. This does jump to the top of the sim because the odds of him basically ending the game on his next move are greater after A4 WR(A)TH instead of N2 WRATH.
>Larry_Sherman: ?GINOST 4E .OaSTING +68 308
#note I got very lucky that he chose this over playing through the R in ADRENALS.
>Samuel_Kaplan: AAEEGSV C3 AVE.AGES +78 330
#note I'm not doing nearly as much if the R is not open. Got a very lucky break here.
>Larry_Sherman: BEE H1 BEE. +18 326
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?AIKLOR 1H .OARLIKe +92 422
#note I also got very lucky that this phony bingo wasn't even held. 1D KILO(B)ARs should have been the play which was missed. This one was unintentional. Eventually, I'm gonna start giving people free turns if I don't stop phonying. With that said, this is much more plausible than ENREELS* was because there are many animals that have the -LIKE extension- APELIKE, GOATLIKE, COWLIKE, BEELIKE, etc. so this one is hard to challenge.
>Larry_Sherman: EHNORTT N4 NTH +27 353
#note He was also 1 letter off from bingoing out with O1 (E)NTHRONE! So that would have been a great time to accept the phony because it gives him the win.
>Samuel_Kaplan: ADEI B9 AIDE +13 435
#note Getting down AVERAGES made the difference in this one. I have no idea if I'm winning this game if Larry had played through the R or played through the T in TUNED and blocked the R at the same time. Definitely a couple of misses in there but got lucky. Final score was recorded as 443-351. 3-1 +140.
