#note While this is the intuitive play and I thought it was best by a lot, after actually running some numbers this is just an error. I need the extra points here quite badly, the CAPO bingos hurt too much, and outscoring options just do better. There are numerous one tile draws that do well (B for BAIZA for example and if I miss Joey has BB) and ways to just win based on vowel balance, and I'm likely to win with combination draws. I think the best of the options is OTHER even though it gives away lots of bingos, but I'm really assessing the wrong threat here: the loss condition isn't bingos to the E, it's stuff to CAPO, and while that isn't so common, it's more than common enough.
