>Jack_Lechner: NNU 8G NUN +6 6
>Samuel_Kaplan: BEIJLQR -BJQ +0 0
#note This wasn't an easy turn. I hated H7 Q(U)IRE without keeping any hooks and after I thought Jack was close to a bingo, I wasn't going to give him easy floaters to use, especially against a lower rated player. 7F QI was considered, but I figured exchanging might put me in a better position to counter his bingo with one of my own. And he doesn't have the best floaters to use for 8s, so there was the added benefit of making him play on a board that isn't great so far.
>Jack_Lechner: AFW I5 FAW. +14 20
>Samuel_Kaplan: EEILMRT 6H M.TERIEL +64 64
#note I would have preferred he play FAWN at G5 instead of I5 given how much more he'll score on average next turn. It's still worth it to bingo as I score 29 more now and he averages 9 more next turn.
>Jack_Lechner: IKN O6 .INK +24 44
>Samuel_Kaplan: EGILPRW H1 PRELI. +38 102
#note M3 PER(I)WIG is not easy to spot, but it is clearly best. Also, it is probably ok to do 5K WELP for just 2 less and make a much worse board for Jack. I didn't see that one and Jack averages so much less after WELP. #findingmedium
>Jack_Lechner: HNO 2F HO.N +15 59
>Samuel_Kaplan: BEGIOTW 5K WEB +32 134
#note Found something there this turn at least.
>Jack_Lechner: EMNU 1C MENU +12 71
>Samuel_Kaplan: GIORSTT M3 OR..T +16 150
>Jack_Lechner: GOO C1 .OOG +14 85
>Jack_Lechner: GOO -- -14 71
>Samuel_Kaplan: ADGISTZ 2B ZIT +30 180
#note Setting up plays underneath knowing I have an A.
>Jack_Lechner: GO G8 .OG +5 76
>Samuel_Kaplan: AADGIJS 3A JAG +45 225
#note Worked out nicely.
>Jack_Lechner: AFIRSXY - +0 76
#note Not actual rack. Jack exchanged 5 tiles.
>Samuel_Kaplan: ADEISTV 11A DATIVES +77 302
#note Come on man. VISTAED is a double double! This is avoidable.
>Jack_Lechner: ?ADEEES 10I AEDEsES +70 146
#note A better player would probably punish me for missing VISTAED- Jack had A8 DEA(D)EyES available for 140.
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?HLOORT 1H .ORTHOLe +100 402
#note That makes up for my prior error. I am happy to have spotted this one. 2nd bamdinger this tournament.
>Jack_Lechner: ACR A8 CAR. +21 167
>Samuel_Kaplan: BEIPSXY 4L P.EX +52 454
#note Best play.
>Jack_Lechner: NOO 3M .NO +14 181
>Samuel_Kaplan: BEISSUY 10A .YU +29 483
#note I wish BOD was on the board as I would bingo with BUSY(BOD)IES! This is the right idea. Use those same 2 tiles at J1 and score 5 more. #findingmedium
>Jack_Lechner: AOT A3 .OTA +12 193
>Samuel_Kaplan: BEIIQSS C9 B..ES +20 503
#note Let's see if I can rack up more spread. I can do 13A QIS next turn then follow that up with another QIS.
>Jack_Lechner: AADEG D5 ADAGE +13 206
>Samuel_Kaplan: FIIIQRS E4 QI +26 529
#note Change my mind, get rid of it now if I can continue scoring.
>Jack_Lechner: DILV L9 D.VIL +18 224
>Samuel_Kaplan: CFIIRSU 13K F.IC +18 547
>Jack_Lechner: AOY B5 OY +28 252
#note He had the right idea to not go out with 13C SOYA, but he had J1 RYA for 33. Same mistake I made earlier.
>Samuel_Kaplan: IRSU J8 SI.UR +9 556
#note Good spread racker, could have been a little more had I seen VISTAED. This time, I got more of the good stuff and didn't have too much of a problem scoring. 5-2 +528.
>Samuel_Kaplan: (A) +2 558
