#note FLUKE(Y) or FECKL(Y) score too much here and do similar things to the board. I can't say that they would have worked out better than BUCKLE though, but in a vacuum this is over a 10-point drop on equity. Since the N is getting blocked a lot more than average next turn, I think probably taking the 69 points for FECKLY is worth it since there don't appear to be many benefits to keeping the C over the U when ZINCO etc. are getting blocked quite often.

>Jackson_Smylie: EEFIIPT 2B FIE +17 262
#note Jackson was having blank blindness, kept thinking the E in VAMPIEST was an A. FIE at 5J is pretty much just 5 points better than this, potentially a bit more since it doesn't block the B1 lane for the rest of the game.
>Joshua_Sokol: ELNNSST L10 LENS +23 299
>Jackson_Smylie: EEGIPTU E4 .UG +21 283
#note everything just kind of sucks here. PU(T)TI K11 is another option to just try and score over the next couple of moves, and considering LENS's range, I think that's a pretty good option, since the 15 row triple isn't really getting burned as much. If getting a bingo is a top priority, GUI(S)E K1 is the play, even though it blocks the only spot to play a 7. This seems fine.

#note OF K10 is just better, I got slightly cold feet wondering if AANST was actually just fancy and not better than ANST on this board. Sure, there's some potential for failure with the extra A, but extra points now are well worth it. I am sad that I didn't go for that.

#note protecting the B and A columns, now something like JINGLIER is in the cards as potentially necessary to secure the win.
>Joshua_Sokol: BCEHMOY N6 CO.BY +26 422
#note blocking the right side, and keeping the amazing scoring power of HEM for later.
>Jackson_Smylie: EGIILRR 1M RIG +16 352
#note this seems like throwing in the towel, since the J and E of JEEZLY can now get blocked, securing the win despite the threat of an unlikely 7 on the 14 row. I guess a 9 is possible through the EH. Or if no J bingos are available, a 70-point lead is probably coast-able. The most fighting play appears to be (ZA)IRE D8, which maintains the possibility of JINGLIER, and scores well enough that it's unclear whether blocking the J will secure the win if there are other threats. I guess the problem is that if the J gets blocked now, Jackson can't draw anything on the 14 row, so it's pretty hopeless.
