>Samuel_Kaplan: BDIOSSU 8G BUD +12 12
#note I first saw BDISSU and was hoping the last tile was an E or Y for the not very high probability SUBSIDE or SUBSIDY. This or DUB are fine given I saw an O instead.
>Edwin_Roth: AHORY 9H HOARY +21 21
#note Interesting that he didn't do this at 9C for 30.
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?DILOSS K3 SOLDIe.S +66 78
#note It's unfortunate that I saw L7 St(Y)LOIDS for 72 but doubted that STYLOID took an S. Also, if I'm not going to be confident that STYLOIDS is good, at least see J3 DISpOS(A)L. Not the best turn here.
>Edwin_Roth: AEIINRT 5D INERTIA. +66 87
#note So he still has bingoes in multiple spots after all.
>Samuel_Kaplan: KNORRTX 6E OX +52 130
#note Easily best. Just give me a vowel please.
>Edwin_Roth: AINVY H1 VANI.Y +39 126
>Samuel_Kaplan: KNRRTTV 2F TR.NK +21 151
#note Or I can depend on Ed to float me a vowel if I can't draw one myself.
>Edwin_Roth: IJMP 4A JIMP +54 180
>Samuel_Kaplan: BELQRTV 7J Q. +11 162
#note I did see 4F VE(I)L which probably was fine to do over dumping the Q immediately. Exchanging down to ERT or ELRT would have also been fine. Nothing is really that inspiring, not sure. #strategymedium?
>Edwin_Roth: EFIN L1 NEIF +28 208
>Samuel_Kaplan: BEILRTV A4 .IVER +45 207
#note I am very happy this stayed open. My last couple of draws have all been horrendous.
>Edwin_Roth: OOZ 7C ZOO +25 233
>Samuel_Kaplan: ABILSTW 8C AW +29 236
#note I thought about doing M1 ALB, but I can at least have SL- plays underneath. The bottom part of the board is not easy to access right now.
>Edwin_Roth: AU 8K .AU +9 242
>Samuel_Kaplan: BDILSTT 9C SLID +25 261
#note SLIT in this spot is fine too. I hated having to burn my S for not a whole lot, but how else am I scoring anything on this board? Also this was misscored as 24.
>Edwin_Roth: ADEELT 1A DELATE +26 268
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?BNTTUW -BNTUW +0 261
>Edwin_Roth: EMU 1L .EUM +18 286
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?AEEGPT 3B PE +20 281
#note No bingoes were missed from the M. Looks good.
>Edwin_Roth: CEERR O1 .ERCER +13 299
#note As soon as I saw ERC come down, I thought he was ending the game on the spot with MERCHANT before I saw my last replenishment tile as the H.
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?AAEGHT 10I HA. +19 300
#note Probably could do GAS in the same spot here instead of HAS to set up my E as well as my blank instead of just my blank for potential bingoes. Only problem is there are too many effective blocks Ed could have underneath the letters in SLID. So odds are I'll have to go another route.
>Edwin_Roth: BGO N5 BOG +16 315
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?AEGGIT 3K ..G +8 308
>Edwin_Roth: OSTW 10D STOW +23 338
#note Misscored as 24.
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?AEEGIT G10 .AG +7 315
#note So I only win about half the time with this play. I depended on the E not being on Ed's rack at the time I made this play. I did not see (MERCER)IEs which would have been a pretty good amount of points for this board. I wonder why G10 WAE wins more often if that gives back 40 point plays?
>Edwin_Roth: CEFLNOU 12C FLUN. +18 356
#note As it turns out, Ed would have won the game by seeing FLOUNCE for 85! Anything else gives me the win because I don't see a way for him to block me from bingoing out.
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?EEINTT 13G ENTITlE +75 390
#note Whew. Even if he did ENGULF, I still bingo out with 13H TaENITE. And if he does 13C UNCLE, I bingo out with dINETTE. I should have lost this one by convention and got a lucky break. Final score was recorded as 401-357. 3-1 +183.
>Samuel_Kaplan: (ACEO) +12 402
