>MC*3: DEEEEKS H8 EKE +14 14
#note The game was played in 1v3, me against Joseph. Kobe and Anthony. They inidvidually came up with the moves and voted the best. I will interfere if there is a better one.
EKE wins the vote over EKED, D pairs well with the E and you want to have a second consonant here. 4 points is worth the sacrifice.
>Brian_Po: ?CIIJNO 9H .OJI +16 16
#note I prefer KOJI over JOE, I want to secure my bingo chances when I have the blank.
I think it's a challenging topic, which I struggled with when I was at their stage. Sure the blank can make bad racks bingo easier, but you would want to bingo ASAP when you have the blank. How much am I willing to sacrifice to secure that?
As I play more and better, I am willing to sacrifice even more points for that.
>MC*3: DEEGISU 8K GUIDE +27 41
#note Kobe spotted the best play.
>Brian_Po: ?CDINNO O8 .NCODINg +86 102
#note I missed CONDIgN but this is good enough.
>MC*3: ADEELST 11B DELATES +74 115
#note Loads of options here. Joseph spotted STEALED/EKED, Kobe saw DELATES/EKES but was uncertain. I suggested DESALTE(D), also for 74, they don't like opening up the triple, and they don't like leaving the S lane open so they opted DELATES
>Brian_Po: ?ABHIRW 12C HAW +32 134
#note WHIRLBAT!
>MC*3: EIPQSVX 7M QI +45 160
#note Fairly straight forward, all 3 saw it quickly.
>Brian_Po: ?BBFGIR 10E FIB.R +31 165
#note Straight forward as well.
>MC*3: EIPSUVX N13 XU +31 191
#note Joseph chose XU, Anthony saw PIX/PO for 28, Kobe phonied PIXED.
I suggested VIXEN alongside XU and XU is voted winner, they do not like opening up the X to me.
>Brian_Po: ?BGHNOT 8B BOuGHT.N +66 231
#note I am not missing it this time.
>MC*3: EEILPSV K8 ..VE +16 207
#note Joseph and Kobe suggested VI(B)E, 1 more points over GIVE, 9A VIE by Anthony was immediately rejected.
I suggested that you want to slow the game down when you are behind, the I is a useful consonant in this rack. GIVE wins
>Brian_Po: AGNOPTT 12I TANGO +21 252
#note In this close board rack leave is less important, TANGO is better than TONG because there are loads of As to draw, it's not worth 2 points for a better leave. I am happier with the P than the G so I took PANT at the same spot.
TANGO sims best.
>MC*3: AEILOPS F6 PA. +14 221
#note Joseph correctly saw APO 7B, 7A LAP was rightfull rejected because of the rack leave.
I suggested PAH,POH. although the A is better than the O, PAH is better than POH sole because it sets up an O hook. You don't want to open up the TL square when you are behind, which tbf is an advanced concept, no fault for them to miss it.
PAH edges APO, and beats POH, said by the computer, PAH is voted the winner.
>Brian_Po: AEILPRT C2 EPILAT.R +74 326
#note Just bingo to avoid complications
>MC*3: EILORST 5E TOILERS +87 308
#note They got one back, Joseph and Kobe quickly found all three anagrams, fair play.
>Brian_Po: CMNRSTY 2B M.RCY +40 366
#note Played immediately.
>MC*3: AIILRUY 1F AIRILY +32 340
#note Kobe spotted AIRY at the same spot, and Joseph saw LAY/LI/AL/YA, once I told them AIRILY is a word they simultaneously played it up top.
>Brian_Po: AENRSTU 2I SAUNTER +79 445
#note Lucksack
>MC*3: EFOUVWZ O1 F.OZE +81 421
>Brian_Po: ADEEMNO 1A MODE +43 488
#note Not perfect but does the job.
>MC*3: AOSUVW 3G AVOWS +29 450
#note GIVENS takes an S, sorry Joseph
