#note I debated hard between VOGUED and A6 VOICED for 33. I eventually settled on VOICED because it kept an U for the Q that is more likely than average to be left in the bag. However, there is a play that scores a little more and keeps an U that I didn't see, A4 COVED for 42. COVED seems best. VOICED is 3rd.
