Maybe there is another example, or a few other examples, but I doubt it. After this, Steve bingos 3.5% less than the 13C placement, so this should win at least 3% more often. He has a bingo less than 5% of the time with no rack inference, but it's maybe a bit higher than that, considering the play of (T)IZ.
