#note 8G VOE sims 6 points better, but ugh. I should have probably been a little more patient about this one, but a clean slate plus an E seemed much more appealing.

#note Thrilled with this gnarly double X setup, which sims well ahead of anything else.

#note Lots of options here. This sims about even with a number of other 8s, including TRICORNE, CONCERTO, and CORNETTO. TROUNCER seemed the most defensive of them. 10B NEoCORTEX 71 is a cool 9 here, though it simms a few behind because of its lower score. It might be a good play if I wanted a very open board because I needed a lot of spread, but it's early yet and the tide could turn in the other direction. Not that I actually saw NEOCORTEX or anything.

#note Sims best but only a point behind is the lovely E3 DOVEKIE 30, which I didn't know, though it's the same definition as DOVEKEY, which seems familiar. Simming evenly with DOVEKIE are K5 DEVI 27 and H7 WEAVED 31. I didn't like opening the right side so much with DEVI. I'm not sure I saw WEAVED, but with no I's played, I was eager to get rid of mine. Plus, the EV leave didn't seem so bad with the VEX hook possibly available next turn.
>Liz_Gottlin: AEILRSS 11C SAILERS +70 138
#note H7 WEARILESS 102, which is just insane. She probably played the best of her human bingos.
>David_Weisberg: ACEOSUV C2 VA.U +14 205
#note D10 VACUA sims 4.5 better, but it seems hard to justify opening this whole new area for only 6 more points. The C also helps this leave a lot. K5 SUAVE 28 looks, well, suave, but the extra points are modest in exchange for burning the third S and opening up the right side of the board. It sims a couple points ahead of VATU, but leave and defense seemed to be the way to go here.

#note With her two-tile play, no way am I playing 12B JOW 38, as the sim heavily prefers.

#note 1H BAcULINE or BUbALINE 80. I only knew BACULINE.

#note Didn't see 3K LEDGY 38. It''s more point sacrifice after I've done that on a few turns, but DRYEST does blow things open. The sim says Liz bingos about 15% of the time after DRYEST vs. about 2% after LEDGY, and I bingo 14% after LEDGY vs. 11% for DRYEST. LEDGY is favored by 4 equity points over DRYEST, so that means a huge positional advantage to overcome that 15 point score difference.
