>Arie_Sinke: GMRSUUU 8G GURU +10 10
#note This is fine. Exchanging isn't worth it.
>Christopher_Sykes: ANSV K5 VANS +20 20
>Arie_Sinke: AIIMPSU J6 PI. +23 33
#note This looks right.
>Christopher_Sykes: FO I7 F.O +21 41
>Arie_Sinke: AFIMNSU 10G SAMFU +27 60
#note This appears to be a good play. The extra points justify parting ways with the S.
>Christopher_Sykes: ESZ L10 SEZ +35 76
>Arie_Sinke: AEEIKLN H10 .LKANE +45 105
#note Weak play. ALKINE in the same spot is a clear improvement.
>Christopher_Sykes: EET J10 .EET +7 83
>Arie_Sinke: EEHILLM G13 HEM +27 132
#note This is fine.
>Christopher_Sykes: AD F13 AD +21 104
>Arie_Sinke: EILLORR 12D LOR +10 142
#note I find these positions to be just so difficult. My play seems reasonable. Quackle hates it for reasons that are above my pay grade. Perhaps the E11 spot over the O is a bigger deal than I thought? I just can't justify playing something like ROIL, ORIEL, or ROLL in the same spot and scoring a bit more but creating more opening.
>Christopher_Sykes: OY 11E YO +25 129
>Arie_Sinke: EEILRTW I14 EW +18 160
#note WE L6 plays the same two tiles for 2 extra points, but I disliked creating an opening on a dead board. REWI(DEN) 14B scores 2 more and is probably okay, although Christopher will likely respond with a decent score. Honestly, I like my play best.
>Christopher_Sykes: EY L6 YE +20 149
>Arie_Sinke: DEILNRT 7I ....D +11 171
#note This play isn't terrible. I bingo to the G if I get one of ABIS? (a 17/51 chance) and it's not like anything else I do will score that much more. Quackle likes MEWL, which doesn't bingo quite as often (I need an A, N, or blank) but probably bingos a bit more if he opens up, which I doubt will happen. I still kind of like my play.
>Christopher_Sykes: IX 13C XI +20 169
>Arie_Sinke: EILNRRT 11L .R +2 173
#note This is where I take my fishing strategy way too far. I still bingo to the G as often as before, but my play opens up so many scoring options for Christopher on an otherwise dead board. Better just to play RIN 14B for 18 or something.
>Christopher_Sykes: ?DEINPT N8 DIPNETs +83 252
>Arie_Sinke: EILNRRT 14B RIN +18 191
#note This is so bad - I need to play LITRE to block the spot for immediate scoring and hope something opens up and I get incredibly lucky a few turns down the road.
>Christopher_Sykes: ABES O7 BASE +33 285
>Arie_Sinke: AEJLRTW 14K JAW. +13 204
#note I should be forcing the board open with JETLAG G3 here.
>Christopher_Sykes: GI A14 GI +14 299
>Arie_Sinke: EGLOORT 5K .LOG +14 218
#note I don't know what I'm trying to accomplish here. Hoping to get incredibly lucky with some QAIDs type play a few turns down the road I guess.
>Christopher_Sykes: IQ 9F QI +17 316
>Arie_Sinke: BEOORTV 15K OBE +29 247
#note Just playing for spread now.
>Christopher_Sykes: AHIL N2 LAI.H +34 350
>Arie_Sinke: IORTTUV O1 TOIT +22 269
#note No idea what I'm trying to do here. Just slapping down plays that look like they score a few points. This is probably fine for spread.
>Christopher_Sykes: ?ACEIOT 13M A.E +18 368
>Arie_Sinke: ?ARRTUV 9M V.. +10 279
#note Didn't record my rack. I think I may have had an off chance of bingoing out with something with EGIS or something.
>Christopher_Sykes: DE 7F DE +10 378
>Arie_Sinke: R 3M R.. +6 285
#note No idea what I had. After this my record keeping is pretty shaky. The game ended with a series of low scoring moves for each of us and the final score was 321-399.
