>Chris_Cheng: AADEFIV 8G FAVA +20 20
>Saint_Vesdapunt: ADH 9F DAH +19 19
>Chris_Cheng: DEGHIUW J7 W.UGH +16 36
#note 10B GUIDE is 2 more points and WH do go well together, but after that play WH isn't really doing much. DEI is a solid leave after J7 W(A)UGH for bingoing and general flexibility. Definitely would still go with this.
>Saint_Vesdapunt: OY 10F OY +21 40
>Chris_Cheng: ADEIOSX K3 OXIDES +44 80
#note Darn, I thought I was making up OXIDASE : (
>Saint_Vesdapunt: EINORRS 11A IRONERS +78 118
>Chris_Cheng: ?ADFNPU L3 FUD +40 120
>Saint_Vesdapunt: ACEMT A8 MET.CA +39 157
>Chris_Cheng: ?AEMNPU 12D UMP +29 149
#note How do I not find PNEUMAs, when TOOL is one of my favourite bands : ( Missing PUtAMEN is pretty dreadful too, rip.
>Saint_Vesdapunt: EGILO C9 GO.LIE +26 183
>Chris_Cheng: ?AAENOT 11J .AO +12 161
#note Didn't see the expurgated hook making O(FAYS)
Considered 12J TAO but the T helps so much for bingoing and I definitely want to be the next to bingo, still questionable though.
>Saint_Vesdapunt: GIW 12K WIG +23 206
>Chris_Cheng: ?AENOTT N6 NOTATEs +67 228
#note Missed B2 TOmENTA, but I think all 3 bingoes give back quite a bit. Saved a bit of time by playing this quickly.
>Saint_Vesdapunt: EINRU O6 URINE +29 235
>Chris_Cheng: BEILNOQ D8 QI +24 252
>Saint_Vesdapunt: AEES 15A EASE +23 258
#note Gotta imagine Saint kept 2 vowels + blank or maybe AN? or EN?
>Chris_Cheng: BEILNOR B6 BRO +15 267
#note TI never saw O(FAYS) : ( Although 7F NOB or LOB may not be too great because it sets up the S hook
Chose to block the open 7s line given my inference that Saint kept a blank and good vowels
>Saint_Vesdapunt: DNO 7F NOD +24 282
>Chris_Cheng: BEIILNV C3 VLEI +18 285
#note Honestly maybe dropping the B at 14B is quite prudent given that a Z or K play would really score a lot, and force me into needing to bingo.
My play of C3 VLEI is certainly worse than VIBE in the same spot. The B is nice for 14B but if that spot is taken it becomes more of a hindrance than anything. That said, VLEI is performing decently in sim.
>Saint_Vesdapunt: ACELR 4A CA.LER +22 304
>Chris_Cheng: BIJKNTZ 14B Z.N +48 333
#note Briefly looked at A1 ZIN(C) but Z(E)N blocks a boatload of 8s and the I is so valuable to keep. It's pretty much forced I think.
>Saint_Vesdapunt: ANPTY 3E PANTY +21 325
>Chris_Cheng: BIJKLRT A1 BRI.K +39 372
#note F2 J(AR)L wins by 7 more according to Champ.
>Saint_Vesdapunt: ?EEIST 13F STIEvE +21 346
#note The best move is to block the only J spot at F2 with 5E TE or ET, and slow play for a bit more spread. Even with time, it is tough to calculate that.
Oh, and STIEvE#. Didn't even occur to me to challenge, and it's a free challenge! Rip
