>Robin_Pollock-Daniel: AJT 9G TAJ +28 52
>ken_Rubin: ?EIRTUZ 9C ZIT +32 59
#note Apparently, I missed E3 RhEUMATIZ for 126 points. Never heard of a rheumatiz before. I guess I need to study my nines. Not going to beat myself up too much over this
>Robin_Pollock-Daniel: AE 10C AE +19 71

>Robin_Pollock-Daniel: AEGLLRY 12I ALLERGY +83 154
>ken_Rubin: AEFKPTX O8 PEAK. +42 181
#note I saw FAKEY but doubted myself enough in the moment that I played the safer PEAKY
>Robin_Pollock-Daniel: AEHSV B10 HAVES +52 206
>ken_Rubin: DEFITUX M7 FIXTU.E +58 239
#note I considered trying M7 FIXTURED for 112 points, but decided to not be greedy, especially given that I had no idea whether FIXTURED was good.
>Robin_Pollock-Daniel: ?AEIOQS L2 SEQuOIA +90 296
>ken_Rubin: ADNNOTU 14K UNDO +29 268
>ken_Rubin: ADNNOTU -- -29 239
#note This was a pivotal mistake. I had 3F UNATONED for 72 points which should be an automatic high-prob find, but I didn't see it. Instead, I tried *FIXTURED/UNDO, figuring that Robin might let it go, unless she were completely sure *FIXTURED was no good. This probably was poorly thought out, since Robin is known to have strong word knowledge.

Also, I could have just played A6 DONUT/THAE, but I didn't see THAE as a possibility throughout the game. All in all, this turn was an absolute disaster for me and a turning point in the game.
>Robin_Pollock-Daniel: COVY 3I COV.Y +32 328
>ken_Rubin: ADNNOTU 10J DUN. +17 256
#note A6 DONUT is best if I had seen THAE
>Robin_Pollock-Daniel: BPU 13G PUB +20 348
>ken_Rubin: AGINOOT I3 .OGON +9 265
>Robin_Pollock-Daniel: EIR J5 IRE +14 362
>ken_Rubin: AINSTTW J2 W. +13 278
#note I think this was a decently creative attempt to make something happen, even if my chances aren't too great at this point. By playing WO (AINSTT), I am hoping to bingo next turn on the 1 line by playing TWO. I need to draw a D fo DISTANT, an E for INSTATE/SATINET, an N for INSTANT, an R for TRANSIT, or an S for TANISTS. I have an 11/24 chance to get one of these tiles, which isn't too bad.
>Robin_Pollock-Daniel: DIR A13 RID +16 378
>ken_Rubin: AINSSTT 7D S... +18 296
#note Quackle says forgoing the bingo (TANISTS) to play SMEW offers the best winning percentage, but I have to admit I didn't see TANISTS/ TWO. If I had seen it, I can't imagine I wouldn't have played it for 77 points.
>Robin_Pollock-Daniel: CFOR N4 CORF +20 398
>ken_Rubin: AIINSTT 14F TI +8 304
>Robin_Pollock-Daniel: INORT 15E NITRO +22 420
>ken_Rubin: AEEINST 14J ANISE +32 336
#note The game was lost at this point, but a creative play would have been F6 EEL for 5 points. That would open up two bingo lines (SEEL and TWO) which only I would have access to. Oh well.
