#note liked this more than COQUI to keep things tight, not give a more open board with IW as ammo. WIZ wins a sim by a point over COQUI, and I like the potential for 8 row QUE words
>Josh_Sokol-Rubenstein: AAHPRST G7 AH. +17 45
>Jackson: CIOQSUV 7D VOC.. +12 28
#note same deal, but now I have the S to make this board S dependent. wins a sim by 5 over coquis

#note Q has a slight preference to REDONE here, prob because I save the E for the B2 overlap when he doesn't have one. Either way, REDONE or NEONED look good here to not give S hooks, block ADEPT etc.

#note luckily this had come up in a game of mine some odd years ago. It took me a whlie to be sure that it was this specific word and not something similar
>Jackson: AAIKRVX 4H V.RIX +38 262
#note a cool option I didnt consider was C2 KA, which gives me the beautiful VARIX underlap for 57 if he plays his options play of FAMED. Cool as it is, had I seen the option I still wouldn't have done it, because his other plays are too close, like FEOD, in which case I am so much worse off having played KA. He could also notice my odd placement, C2 instead of H4, which could give him pause. I can't do VA(R)IX cause it makes FAMED a million

>Jackson: AILNPTT 5B .N.T +16 308
#note I guess TIP to block the double double, I liked keeping flexible letters here and hoping for a better XI underlap next turn that doesn't give a hook

#note I didnt like YAWLS as much cause it can give the occasional huge bingo like JIBINGLY GENIALLY etc. WAY gives me the sole hook and good options to outrun.
