>EjikeOsondu: EETTW 8D TWEET +18 18
>SkylerLutz: DEOPSTT I8 SPOTTED +73 73
#note Lucky draw. "Spotted" this seven instantly and I luckily had a spot for it.
>EjikeOsondu: ITZ H13 TIZ +41 59
>SkylerLutz: AAMNRRY D8 .ARRY +16 89
#note I didn't like playing this. It doesn't accomplish much positionally, but I suppose it does turn over four tiles and undouble my A's. RYA on top was way better. Should've saw that...
>EjikeOsondu: FINO J10 FOIN +35 94
>SkylerLutz: AAEMNPU 7F AMU +19 108
#note Taking advantage of the hotspot and I have the P and N fronthooks of UT. Didn't know PAEAN let alone know that it could fit at C9.
>EjikeOsondu: EEL E11 EEL +15 109
>SkylerLutz: ADEINNV 6H NAV +17 125
#note Looking back this was a rookie mistake. I should've realized that when EjikeOsondu plays off two EE's he almost always has another E to hook NAV for NAVE. Facepalm. Live and learn.
>EjikeOsondu: DEHLORS K2 HOLDERS +79 188
>SkylerLutz: ADEGGIN 6D EGG +17 142
#note Quackle says the best play is GED and K11. I saw that spot earlier in the game but for some reason I didn't consider it this turn. Another rookie miss.
>EjikeOsondu: BFLOWY 4F BLOWF.Y +38 226
>SkylerLutz: AADIINO C10 OIDIA +24 166
#note I played this pretty much instantly. Opens up a bingo lane in column B. Trying to snatch a blank ASAP...
>EjikeOsondu: ABRU 5B BURA +20 246
>SkylerLutz: ACGMNOR 2J C.ARM +36 202
#note Not what I was hoping for. No blanks in this rack. I'm down by 80 and I need to score. I also need some board volatility to get me back into the game. So I introduced an S hook with two S's and a blank unseen. Gotta do something right?
>EjikeOsondu: LNO H1 NOL. +12 258
>SkylerLutz: EEGNOQU 8K .QUEG +75 277
#note Lucky break. I almost played QUIDat F14 but then I noticed SQUEG in a second look. The best play.
>EjikeOsondu: IKNR B7 RINK +35 293
>SkylerLutz: CEINNOX A6 COX +65 342
#note Right place at the right time. Back in the game, baby!
>EjikeOsondu: OV N6 VO. +14 307
>SkylerLutz: ?EEIINN M8 .NI +4 346
#note I stared at this position for at least 5 minutes. VOE made me very suspicious. With a J unseen, I had a strong feeling EjikeOsondu was setting up a play like JUT, JUS, JUN, etc at M7. This was the best way I found to block that spot, as well as undouble some tiles. This play doesn't even make Quackle's top 15 plays from a championship player, so perhaps my logic is inaccurate. If anyone has thoughts please leave a comment.
>EjikeOsondu: AAES O1 ASEA +28 335
>SkylerLutz: ?AEEINP 4A PANE +30 376
#note I was running low on time so I wanted to empty the bag and get to an endgame as quick as possible. PANE scores well.
>EjikeOsondu: ?EHIIJT A1 JIm. +36 371
>SkylerLutz: ?DEEIS N10 SEIzED +20 396
#note Luckily I had an outplay. DEMISE was slightly better but I was pretty low on time and didn't see it.
>SkylerLutz: (HITU) +14 410
