#note This is clearly best.

#note cLOQUES is Jared's only bingo with this rack.

#note Best bingo.

#note I thought it would pay to score a few points and get rid of a dangerous looking spot while making a sacrifice in leave. Quackle doesn't seem to agree, and with only two As and one R out (no C or K) the AJAR/RAMI spot is unlikely to be particularly dangerous. Quackle wants me to fish with something like UNAPT G8 for 8 - not sure I agree because that's a lot of points to give up, but I can see how something like I10 DARN for 21 could be better.

>Arie_Sinke: DHINNST 14F HIND +29 263
#note This looks fine.
>Jared_Cappel: EO 15H OE +15 195
>Arie_Sinke: LNNOSST I10 SON +17 280
#note This looks kind of pathetic but it's probably a decent play. TONS J11 gives too much back. Quackle also likes RAMINS 13A; I guess the O helps the consonant heavy leave a bit, but it's close, SON sims a bit better.
>Jared_Cappel: EM 1A ME +14 209
>Arie_Sinke: ALNOSTT 2I LOT +12 292
#note I accidentally snagged an extra spread point by overscoring this play as 13. I took a long time on this play, but there's not much to choose from and any differences between the plays are pretty subtle. I didn't like setting up LOT hooks (AIOS) but I also didn't like the plays that sacrifice in leave by keeping the L. I can see how something like TOrN 5C for 12 may be a bit better, though.
>Jared_Cappel: TUU K2 .UTU +8 217
>Arie_Sinke: ABENRST 6B BAN.STER +68 360
#note BANTERS scores the same but sets up more.
>Jared_Cappel: EFIN L1 FINE +32 249
>Arie_Sinke: EEIOOSU 1L .OE +6 366
#note This isn't bad, actually. Quackle's assessment is of course way off because Jared will often block successfully, but often I induce ineffective partial blocks. It's basically a matter of spread at this point, but my only other options are exchanging or playing something like FEUS or EUROS I4 for 6.
>Jared_Cappel: NVY N1 .NVY +20 269
>Arie_Sinke: BEIIOSU O1 SO +29 395
#note Cashing in on the crushing 29 point play I set up last turn. Quackle thinks I should wait and dink off a few tiles with OI O4 for 9, which is probably not unreasonable.
>Jared_Cappel: GGO 12I .OGG +12 281
>Arie_Sinke: BEIIUXY K9 BEI.Y +22 417
#note Not sure what to do here - IBEX 13L scores well but sets up too much. This is okay but some draws will make it hard to play out. Quackle is almost useless here.

#note I was down to a few seconds and missed a few higher scoring I plays, of which the best appears to be D6 NIL.
