(It was a rather bizarre overdraw: I asked if the bag was empty & she took the bag, shook it hard, only for the Y to fly out. I was at a loss as to what to do, until the TD ruled that I could pick 2 other tiles from her rack, which I happily did, although it might not have been the most sporting thing to do...)
