#note still early days, this might lose a game or two over scoring somewhere but spread is good
>Chloe: AEFIINO A1 FA +17 179

#note C10 ZEIN looks better, scores 2 more and limits his scoring options
>Josh_Sokol: AAEISSU O3 A.IEUS +21 378
#note accumulating spread is not quite working out the way I planned
>Chloe: BEEINOT N8 EBONITE +74 307
>Josh_Sokol: AAGRSTT M3 T.AR +26 404
#note mostly played this because it seemed unfair that I wasn't in a better position. It's pretty impossible to meaningfully block stuff here, but it's probably better to leave fewer in the bag to prevent Chloe from maximizing her counterplay next turn with a mid-range play. GAST/EBONITES is the easy decision, Quackle suggests playing 6 here, which is just very sad.
>Chloe: CDIINNS C11 DIN +19 326
#note I might win more often after O12 DIN which I considered, it makes it a lot harder for him to block EBONITES if he doesn't have the S while scoring enough to outrun a YELPS bingo. with my placement of DIN he can probably just outscore
>Josh_Sokol: AEGISTU 15H AUGITES +87 491
#note I find Chloe's annotation last turn intriguing. I didn't think there was a world in which I can't outrun an EBONITES bingo, but that's mainly because I have the S. After O12 DIN she's down 82 and can get 105 for say INCROSS, but from my perspective she might be threatening something bigger? If I try to block with just (DIN)G for 18 I'm up 100, so a bingo on the E column comes up just short. INCROSS for example is 78, and I'd have 18 on my rack. No matter what, she's losing by 4, since any points she doesn't have I give her doubled, just like they would be on the E column. I guess if the G is the last letter in the bag, I could lose by what seems to be 1 point after an E column bingo. There are things on the 12 row available that would score more than an E column bingo, but the other placement of DIN blocks those things. If I play L6 AUGITES she bnigos less but I lose a lot of spread when she does bingo, so it seems like this placement is optimal. Sad job of building up spread on my part.
