#note I wasn't sure whether to do this - if Maddy has LAUDING or ADDLING, she wins by one, and I wondered if I had a good block at the top (at first I wondered about fishing, but then realized that would empty the bag). However, not only did I not see a play that seemed better than DARTLES, later in my turn, she started talking to her neighbor (David Pearl I think?)! I forget exactly what she said, but that makes it seem less likely to me that she has a bingo. I dunno, people can be tricky. I talked to her after the game, and I think with the rack she had, she wondered why I took so long - because ADDGILU just looks like a mediocre rack, she wasn't thinking about the possibility that I might think she could have a bingo.
