#note I had a tough time with this play. OUPH is clearly better than the alternatives static equity-wise, but isn't the sort of play you want to make with a small lead, as it creates OUPHE. OUPH wins the sim, but Quackle comes up with the interesting alternative of OUP F11 for 16 instead, keeping back the H. With OUP I set myself up instead of setting up an E hook I don't even have. I kind of like OUP, but I'm not sure that OUPH is wrong per se.
