#note CoCo San Diego Tournament
12 March, 2022
Game 4
This was my luckbox game for the day one.
>Jesse_Day: IIUU -IIUU +0 0
>Stefan_Kac: AEIBDLP 8B BIPEDAL +80 80
>Jesse_Day: EO B7 O.E +5 5
>Stefan_Kac: IOUNRTW F6 WU. +15 95
#note Played this quicker than normal as it blocks double-doubles and seemed likely to bingo. OUTW(I)N sims equally well but WUD bingos over 50%, and after OBE it seemed more important to be able to match bingos.

>Jesse_Day: GV C7 V.G +28 105
>Stefan_Kac: AAEOODS 3A .AO +6 177
#note I don't know how you play B1 ODA or ADO and keep 3/1 here, as tempting as it was. H7 A(L)OO and 4A (R)OADEO are, however, better versions of my play. Sim of course prefers ODA or ADO.
>Jesse_Day: MP 2A .MP +26 131
>Stefan_Kac: AEIOODS 4C OO +9 186
#note The same situation as the WUD and TAO positions, I think. It's easy to see why 4A (R)ADIO sims 5 better than this, but OO bingos 50% vs. 30% for RADIO.

#note Three plays sim 1 point ahead of this, but I thought this was clearly the best combination of defense and leave.
>Jesse_Day: R 13C ......R +13 206

#note I did recall (C)A(G)# at some point during the several minutes I took here, but I had forgotten about it by the time I saw this spot. I can tack on the A here for 7 scoreboard points and 10 equity points per sim.

#note Took several minutes trying to avoid making this play. It seems quite defensible versus any number of plays which give back easy floaters or terminal ess backhooks. I also thought that with the Q unseen it was extra special worthwhile to dump the J at any cost. I didn't know (A)LEFT#, but that seems like the play I was really looking for. Also (A)HENT#.
