>skaplan31: ANOORST 8G RATOONS +66 66
#note Rd 4 Philly virtual 11-18-2021. Carol and I are both 3-0. I'm hoping to draw just a little better and not have to go through another blankless effort, despite winning the last 2 by close margins.

>skaplan31: AEHIINU 12H HEINI. +26 92
#note This isn't bad, but 9I INHU(M)E is an insane parallel that would have played nice defense if she didn't keep an S! #visionlarge
>bingaling: EEEGGIR 11D EGGIER +23 51
#note Not sure if she knew GREIGE at 13C for 2 more. Still 2nd best here.
>skaplan31: AEOSSUW 12D WO +23 115
#note I did consider N12 SOW. Was it really worth it to telegraph another S and entice her to block for a nice score? I don't think so.
>bingaling: ACEFLMZ 10H FEZ +47 98
#note Nice play.
>skaplan31: AEKSSUY 14J YUKS +31 146
#note I would have done 13E YUKS if it wasn't for certain removals. Perhaps if I had seen a purpose to keeping the Y, I might have done 14J UKASE instead, which would have been a nice setup of my other S. But this is fine to just try winning the game on the spot, I didn't necessarily need spread.

>skaplan31: ABELOSU 7F BOLA +16 162
#note Not sure this move really accomplished as much as I thought it would. I suppose it might prevent more 7s from playing, but I'm not closing everything down. 13C BEAU is fine. #strategylarge

>skaplan31: AAEISUV B11 UVEA +22 184
#note This is where we blow up the rack more. Looks good.
>bingaling: ?DFINRX K5 FID. +16 171
#note I really like 10L FIX for her- that would really have allowed her to score nicely if she drew a T.
>skaplan31: AEIINST 9A ISATINE +63 247
#note I sensed that Carol was setting up the X, not sure she would have been that bold in a close game otherwise. It's unfortunate that this is the only spot where this bingo plays.
>bingaling: ??DINRX J4 NIX +56 227
#note I mean B2 INDeXeR(S) is 110...seems like too big of a difference to sacrifice. 8A XI might have also been better because that spot is more likely to be taken up eventually than the J6 spot.
>skaplan31: AGILNPT B2 PLATING. +76 323
#note Turned out be a big momentum swing for her as I ain't getting this bingo down otherwise.
>bingaling: ??DDJRR 10L J.RD +14 241
>skaplan31: AEENOOO O7 ANO.E +18 341
#note Looks fine.
>bingaling: ??BCDER 4A C.RBiDEs +78 319
#note Not exactly what I needed to see, but I still have a lead after all. I did not know her highest scoring play of 4A B(A)RlEDuC, and if she wants to make a safe play, which is fine, CAmBEReD or C(A)liBRED in this spot are better for 4 more.
>skaplan31: AAEOOQT 3E QAT +29 370
#note I ultimately chose this over H1 QAT(s) and C3 O(R)ATE for 2 reasons: ORATE empties the bag putting the fate of the game at the hands of the bag, fearing she might bingo out, and leaving an open A with QAT(s) is not compatible with my AEOO leave if I'm looking to find a way to bingo back if she bingoes on Column N. What actually happened next turn officially gave me a 0% winning chance.
>bingaling: DEOPSTU N1 SPOUTED +77 396
#note And I'm officially screwed!
>skaplan31: AEOORUW 2F WAUR +33 403
#note WARE in the same spot also works, but what were the odds she'll bingo tho? Very small, but she pulled it off! This is why my placement of QAT was done, I'll have an easier time playing a 7 to bingo out instead of having a 5th vowel to worry about which would not have helped me.
>bingaling: H 1N .H +15 411
#note Well done Carol. Congrats on winning the tourney!
