vs 1 point tiles (vs andrews actual CENS) QUOTE is winning this but its neck and neck with QUAY - it doesn't like exposing the U, but its all much of a muchness at this point. It does show that moves like QUOTA are perfectly viable options, which is a classic nigel play here.
