#description Created with Macondo
>skaplan31: ?AABNQU - +0 0
#note Rd 4 Philly virtual 7-4-2021. I'm 2nd.
>TheBigEZ: AEEEIOR -AEEO +0 0
#note I do prefer exchanging here myself, I would have also gotten rid of the I. But I understand him keeping the -IER ending.
>skaplan31: ?AABNQU 8F QUA +24 24
#note Q doesn't seem to mind either placement of QUA. I do like this over AQUA to keep my A hook.
>TheBigEZ: ADEEIRV E7 VARIED +33 33
#note I7 VIE is 9 less, but also gives me less to work with and he has 2 hooks.
>skaplan31: ?ABCDNO 11D B.ACONeD +74 98
#note I6 ABsCOND is 6 more and a miss. That should have been my move.
>TheBigEZ: EEGIMPV 9D G.IME +31 64
#note I think if he's not gonna see H11 OGIVE, maybe I6 PEEVING, which isn't the easiest to spot, cleans the rack up better.
>skaplan31: DEMOOUW 12H MOWED +44 142
#note Good vision here. Looking back, I5 WOOED is better equity but gives back much more on average. I like being able to take advantage of Ed not seeing OGIVE or PEEVING.
>TheBigEZ: ABENPVZ 12A VAPE. +38 102
#note As aggressive as this play is, it looks correct.
>skaplan31: EINOORU A11 O.INE +24 166
#note Didn't like I4 OURIE with the lead. A8 UNROVE is a little better.
>TheBigEZ: AABGNNZ 13G ZAG +36 138
>skaplan31: AACEORU 14C ARECA +24 190
#note Maybe just 14E OCA is fine if I'm gonna make moves of this nature.
>TheBigEZ: ABELNNO 10J NOBLE +22 160
>skaplan31: INOOSTU 15G SNOUT +27 217
#note At this point, I might as well score something. Right idea, but O7 OUTSIN effectively deals with the more dangerous lane. #findingsmall
>TheBigEZ: AEEJNPS O6 JAPES +50 210
#note At least he would have had this play at I5 for 42 as well.
>skaplan31: IOORTTU N7 TOR. +12 229
>TheBigEZ: EIILNTT I2 INTITLE +73 283
#note There was no stopping this from coming down either. Now I'm in the precarious spot.
>skaplan31: EIIOTUY 13C YE +32 261
>TheBigEZ: AEFIOWX 14J XI +52 335
#note Crap!
>skaplan31: EHIIOTU M8 HI.I +20 281
#note Definitely glad to see this play to open up Column L in case the floaters in INTITLE get blocked.
>TheBigEZ: AEFNOTW J2 FEAT +34 369
#note See what I mean?
>skaplan31: ?DEOSTU L2 TEDiOUS +76 357
#note I briefly considered playing 4E OUTS(TA)rED for 70 which might normally be better to try opening up another bingo lane. Here's the problem: Ed is likely to block off Row 3 or 5 after that play, and this pool doesn't appear to be that friendly for bingoes. I wasn't fully confident that I'd really have a playable bingo next turn. The sim does indicate that my win % is 9-10% higher with L2 bingoes than with Row 4 bingoes such as 4E OUTS(TA)rED. Might as well try cutting spread by opening up a small hotspot knowing that there's only 1 letter in the pool that goes next to the T by doing this or DETOUrS over the other 7s.
>TheBigEZ: GKLNORW 5H W..L.NG +20 389
#note M3 WONK is 42 for him, but this is still a nice find that gets the job done.
>skaplan31: FHILRRS M1 FIR +18 375
#note M1 RIF
>TheBigEZ: KORUY H1 OK +28 417
#note He should have done 1M FUR, it's the only way that I see him getting rid of the U.
>skaplan31: HLRS 11A .H +10 385
>TheBigEZ: RUY 1M .RY +27 444
#note Again, 1M FUR. Or N3 RUG.
>skaplan31: LRS 9D .....S +19 404
>TheBigEZ: U - +0 444
>skaplan31: LR G7 L.. +6 410
>TheBigEZ: U - +0 444
>skaplan31: R K9 R... +5 415
#note MIssing O7 OUTSIN was the real killer this game as he doesn't have XI for an easy score and he doesn't temporarily kill the right side of the board effectively. At least I'm lucky he didn't get rid of his U and he missed M3 WONK, otherwise I don't get to make up this much spread in the end.
