#note Rd 5 Philly virtual 5-16-2021. Surprisingly the only bingo. I wonder how many people would try COMBOES*.
>parteegirl: AEHNPRT D2 PENTAR.H +80 80
#note Connie's best bingo and a nice find.
>skaplan31: BLNOOUZ F6 ZO.N +33 113

#note Looks fine.
>skaplan31: BKLOUUY B2 BOY +41 154
#note Maybe KOB in this spot to not allow for reparallels?
>parteegirl: ?EFILNR J1 FLINdER. +63 169
#note Bingoing is always nice, but Quackle also really likes A4 ELFIN for 35. Her highest scoring bingo is I7 F(E)RNLIkE.
>skaplan31: IIKLUUW 1G KUL.I +36 190
#note While Connie bingoing wasn't so nice, I did get the right floater to overcome this ugly rack at least temporarily. This sims ahead of 1H KUFI, and I do have 1 more chance at drawing an S.

#note I really love 10B IVY here to set up her T.
>skaplan31: EIIRRUW 3I W.RIER +26 216
#note Maybe 4H WI(N)IER to keep better?
>parteegirl: AEINNTV M2 V.NETIAN +63 276
#note I at least feel better that I wouldn't have stopped her from playing this bingo with WIRIER or WINIER.
>skaplan31: ILMOTUX 8L M.XI +48 264
#note Not much to think about here.
>parteegirl: ADEGRRT A3 REGARD +41 317
#note Her best play.
>skaplan31: AEILOTU 2M .AU +16 280
#note Several plays are reasonable but this makes the most stuff available.
>parteegirl: ADETTUU 9M .UT +14 331
#note Nice block.

#note Only bingo. I also saw GATEFOLD with this rack because I recently missed this one in a prior tourney game.
>parteegirl: AAEEETU B6 TEA +14 371
#note Despite being behind, it's worth considering an exchange. B7 EAU is much better than this play though.
>skaplan31: ACDHOSS 10J HODS +28 409
#note E5 OD is a fun one that doesn't basically let her know I have the last S.
>parteegirl: AEEIJUW 12D JAWE. +32 403
#note 11J AWE is a nice play here that allows her to save her J to try to outrun me in the endgame. She will leave 1 in the bag after AWE and I would have to really think about how to outrun her J plays.
>skaplan31: AACGNOS B10 SANGA +26 435
#note All I gotta do is play an out in 2 and not float the N in a manner that will give her INFUSIVE. The endgame sequence that I did nets me the same spread as 13C COG then 14E ANSA.
>parteegirl: EFIISUV 11J IF +25 428
#note She does rightfully block L10 DOC per my sequence math.
>skaplan31: CO G12 .CO +8 443
#note There you have it. BOY was definitely a mistake that could have cost me because there were many Es left and OPE takes several hooks, but I got lucky. I definitely would have considered an exchange if Connie didn't give me the floating F when she chose this bingo over other ones, which would have changed the entire board and I would have been down by more pretty quickly. 3-2 with nice spread going into KOH.
