Why does this rack seem to come up so much more often than it should? No sevens or eights, not even in csw... I don't love building a V wall here, but sim confirms VROW is the play. Also, when opp is somewhat less likely than average to have an S, prolly I want there to be exactly one S-hook on the board. If there are two or more, then I have to worry about opp using them later on; and if there are none my S is not worth much. This one will be hard to fully block.
