Sim likes BAKE 1.5 better. Against this opp though I think OKE is the play. I have experience and word knowledge advantage, so the added volatility and rack balance work in my favor.
>MrBreadbox: ILLNRTU 9G UNIT +17 17
>kacattac: AABEEOS K5 ABASE +27 41
#note Kinda sucks to be parted from the S so unceremoniously, but this does sim best rather handily.
>MrBreadbox: ALLLLNR 10I NA +16 33
>kacattac: AEEFOTU 7F TUFA +24 65
#note Does anyone else have way more vowel trouble online than irl? TUFA does sim best, scoring maximally while taking out easy KIN hooks.
>MrBreadbox: LLLLRUX L2 LULL +10 43
>kacattac: ?AEEIOS M4 OE +7 72
#note Sim likes this equally at 6E. That seems much more dangerous.
>MrBreadbox: LRRRVWX 3K L.V +24 67
>kacattac: ?AEIISS L9 dAISIES +69 141
#note SIlESIA is a little better.
>MrBreadbox: ERRRUWX K11 XU +38 105
>kacattac: IIPRTTT 15H TRIP. +21 162
#note Little bit of a brain-teaser here. TIPI(S) and TITI(S) don't put a vowel under the tls, but they keep 0/3 at a juncture where I am very concerned with getting another bingo down asafp. Higher risk+reward with this play I suppose, which is actually the opposite of what I was going for.
>MrBreadbox: EORRRSW N5 EW +17 122
>kacattac: ADEIITT 14G DIET +15 177
#note Sim loves O6 EDIT. But how dangerous is that spot really? EDIT feels like a sucker play giving back an easier lane than the one that is already there.
>MrBreadbox: OQRRRST O6 ORT +14 136
>kacattac: ACHIOTY 13F OATH +29 206
#note I didn't like CITY, but OATY is much better than OATH.
>MrBreadbox: EINQRRS 12D QIS +26 162
>kacattac: CEIJOPY N8 ICY +18 224
#note Sim prefers 13C PI or 8D JOE. I was thinking that closing this lane was a higher priority, and that if a bingo does come down on the left side it will probably give back a solid J play.
>MrBreadbox: ?DEFNRR M12 EF +23 185
>kacattac: CDEJMOP 10D COMP +20 244
#note Full block mode. This sims best by a decent margin.
>MrBreadbox: ?DEGNRR D8 RE. +6 191
>kacattac: ADEJNOV 6C DOVEN +17 261
#note Definitely saw that this plays at C5. Surprised that sim prefers C5 by 1.5 or so. That's basically a fork, which is definitely not what I want here. 6C is not even on the autolist, which means it wildly outsims its static value.
>MrBreadbox: ?ADGNRR C2 GRAN. +14 205
>kacattac: AAEIJNO 13B AJI +31 292
#note All of the best plays here have black-swan downsides, so it's a matter of choosing the play which is least likely to blow up. I chickened out of floating the J in column a, but actually that's probably not quite as dangerous as AJI, which can give back Z plays at B10. Sim has 4A JI(A)O running away with it, and that seems right.
>MrBreadbox: ?DGIMRR B11 DR.M +14 219
>kacattac: ADEHNOZ 15A HAZE +59 351
#note Holding back the D so as not to empty the bag. I almost can't lose either way, but fourply sim says that playing the D is ever so slightly less likely to lose. This is weird.
