#note Rd 1 of Philly virtual tourney 12/6/2020. I'm first but Woogles had Connie going first.
>skaplan31: BEINOUZ 8D ZINEB +52 52
#note Yep. Good start!
>parteegirl: ?EEIMTT 9F EMITTEd +75 75
#note This is the 2nd best bingo for Connie. The best one is H8 (B)IMbETTE, which I would never have seen even if I knew it.
>skaplan31: AANOOUV 9B OVA +21 73
#note I did see the best play L7 VO(d)OUN but this is more my style. I set up my N nicely, Connie is random after her bingo, and I have consonants on the right to play through.
>parteegirl: DDERTUX K3 EXTRUD.D +84 159
#note Nice play Connie!
>skaplan31: ANOOTUY A6 ATONY +31 104
#note I want as many lanes open as possible. I'm already down a bingo and change.
>parteegirl: BFILOUV L2 FLU +32 191
#note 4I BOXFUL does score the most for her but this is fine too.
>skaplan31: DEILOPU B1 LUPOID +33 137
#note And EUPLOID doesn't play, how wonderful. This is best.
>parteegirl: AABHIOV 7E BAH +31 222
#note 1A BLAH is best for her for 39.
>skaplan31: AEEIIJT 4A J.TA +38 175
#note This is OK in its own right, and it does score the most, but 8J IDEATE would have allowed me to save my J and given me 5 chances to draw an A and something else for nice 6F plays! #visionmedium

I wish Woogles would have a button that allows me to change lexicons in the middle of the game, JAI# at 6F would have easily been it in that case! LOL
>parteegirl: AIORRRV 6F VAR +38 260
#note VAIR is slightly better for her here. In this case, Connie would have taken out my J plays even if I did save the J. So it's not entirely bad in the end.
>skaplan31: EEIILMT H1 MITIE. +27 202
#note The odds were low of me drawing an N for ILMENITE as a 3x3 were too low if I fished off the L.
>parteegirl: EEIORRY 8K .ERRY +32 292
>skaplan31: AEILNOW 1A A.OW +33 235
#note Best by far!
>parteegirl: EFINORR M1 REF +29 321
#note Best play for Connie!
>skaplan31: ?EEILNW N6 WI.ELiNE +70 305
#note This was a brutal spot. I did consider playing N1 EW for 30 keeping the nice EILN? leave. Despite 4 Ss being left, I honestly felt that 40 points was WAY too many to give up, and this board wasn't gonna be very easy to bingo on after Connie takes out the R or Y in DERRY besides ST- bingoes starting at I8 or maybe B8 bingoes which were gonna be a real pain.
>parteegirl: HINNOQR O13 HON +23 344
#note I can understand why Connie did partially block the WIRELINES hook, she does have more than 1 spot to get rid of the Q next turn.
>skaplan31: AAEIKOS 3B .EAK +26 331
#note PIKA in the same spot
>parteegirl: CGINQRS G2 QI +26 370
#note She had CINQ for 35 here.
>skaplan31: ACEIOPS M12 OPA +28 359
#note Now it's my turn to play defense here. I'm just gonna set up my S now.
>parteegirl: CGGLNRS -CGGL +0 370
>skaplan31: CDEEISU 15H DEUCES +36 395
#note Might as well make this play now, there's still 3 Ss left. She's not always close to a bingo.
>parteegirl: AGINORS 14B SIGNORA +73 443
#note Unlucky. Not too many bingoes existed from my perspective after DEUCES.
>skaplan31: CGILNOS 15A CONI +29 424
#note Best spread cutting play there is.
>parteegirl: GS D8 ..GS +14 457
#note 4G SIG is her best out play for 2 more.

Just when the average joe might think I was toast, I came all the way back only to have imaginary Sissyphus come into play when SIGNORA came down.

Nicely played Connie!
