#note Not sure how desparate I am in this situation. Seems like she could have some pretty bad racks, though this board seems pretty amenable to scoring, at least for 1 or two vowel racks (I'm looking mainly at columns K and M). One idea is to leave this spot and go for big AFORE plays, say with 3L TUI. Of course, she can often cover the spot with HI, TI, or DREW even if she doesn't have the A. I could also go for a bingo, something this play does to a small extent. The question there is just whether scoring has a good enough chance of working in this spot, and also how much she might try to block. BUOYED looks like a nice possibility for me, BUOYANC(I)ES even.
