#note This was a really fun game from the May 2020 online Clabbers tournament.

#note Setting up the possibility of PAVIN for a later turn.
>thisguy: HINOPUU O1 PUOH +55 265
>quaggle: IMORRVZ 3C IOZVR +70 399
#note This is the best rash of scoring to start a game I've had in a while.
>thisguy: BDEILNU F8 .EBNILDU +71 336
>quaggle: EEIMRTY - +0 399
#note I decided UNEDIBLE wasn't a word, so I lose a turn here. If I notice my opponent had UNBRIDLE, then I probably don't challenge.
>thisguy: AEFNOTT 12A FATET.NO +82 418
>quaggle: EEIMRTY C8 IMTE.ERY +94 493
#note Luckily losing a turn gives brings with it new opportunity since T is the only tile that bingos with this rack. Otherwise, I'm playing 2B ITERM for 66.
>thisguy: ADIRSWY B9 YIW.RA +50 468
#note thisguy says he saw H1 ASD(MLE)I(A) for 75 but didn't like the leave. This way he keeps DS which can play there next turn and gives him 25% bingo chances. In any case, keeping consonants is good since the pool is quite vowel heavy.
>quaggle: AACEILO 1I OI +26 519
#note Rats. ALOPECIA was the first thing that came to mind when I saw this rack, but somehow I missed the P in the top right corner. Actually, I think I saw it and then was like "darn, it's a shame my letters don't fit there". It would have been 122 points. At least by not playing out I might be able to overcome some triple-triples by my opponent on column A whereas playing on column A for 55 loses if my opponent is holding on to a bingo.
>thisguy: CDESTWX 1G TC..X +51 519
#note This pretty much guarantees a 70+ point outplay on row 2 next turn if I don't bingo, but nothing is going to win if I have the blank. Would 15A TS(Y)X have been better? Maybe, but it would have spoiled one of the cooler outplays in recent memory.
>quaggle: ?AACELO A8 cCLA.OEA +183 702
#note Whew, that was a fun one!
>quaggle: (DEESW) +18 720
#note (I always assumed coalface was just another word for blackface, but apparently it just means a coal miner.)
