#note not the usual type of play I make, but I think this stemmed from my frustration that I was probably playing too much early-game defense/paranoia when I had a small lead. I am up by close to a bingo given tempo, but I didn't want to sacrifice too much and let him come back with a couple scoring plays. Given that my non-S hook options are pretty fishy, which isn't ideal either, I think this is fine. I definitely get burned sometimes but I think I need to start making more plays like this. fwiw this sins close along w ANODE and ON/MOO, I liked this over anode to not give up big N column plays, or 14 row lanes I might have to worry about later.
