#note This blocks everything except for 15A ANTIROC(K), 15A CARETOO(K), and 15B MOONCA(K)E it looks like (I didn't see those in the pool I looked them up just now). I don't think Bob would have seen those so I'm okay with this. M9 VOW doesn't block stuff like L1 REAC(T)ION which he'll definitely see and would be a disaster.
