#note FETIALIS is slightly better to make 7s a little harder to play. #strategysmall
>Michael: ABCEIMO J8 AMOEBIC +82 124
#note This doesn't play after FETIALIS, for instance

>Michael: AMN N2 MAN +22 270
>Mack: EEGGLWX K9 EX +24 248
>Michael: OOT M1 OOT +17 287
>Mack: EGGILWY G8 WIGGLY +26 274
>Michael: ADD 7K DAD. +17 304
>Mack: CEHKNSS O11 SH. +24 298
#note At this point I don't feel I need to bingo, SHY gets me within 6 with a good shot at an -CKY play for 30+ next turn that hopefully won't give much back in way of bingos. ENSKY doesn't seem necessary here.
>Michael: P L6 P.. +8 312
>Mack: CEEKNNS J1 NE +9 307
#note I'm pretty confident Michael has the blank after PAW, so KENNEL seemed like a bad idea. I figured with NE I have a chance to bingo out and win if Michael bingos through WIGGLY, and with NE I might scare him into thinking I have a better leave than I actually did and thus induce him to pass up a bingo. Plus unless he has the V - which he didn't last turn or else VAW instead of PAW - he can barely score anything on row 1 so I should get KEN at a minimum next turn, which is a pretty substantial score as far as this board goes. Quackle absolutely despises NE, but I think it's reasonable here.
>Michael: L 1L L. +3 315
>Mack: ACEKNSV 1H VA. +18 325
#note Now after LO I'm almost positive Michael has the blank, so definitely not CAKEY. I have a decent chance of bingoing out with stuff like SICKENED or UNSICKER if he bingos after VAN, and again he might not even bingo out of fear of an outbingo, so this looks good.
>Michael: I 10M I. +2 317
>Mack: CEIKNSU 12F E.K +12 337
#note This has to be correct. I can't score anything without giving back an almost guaranteed outbingo, and ELK only allows Michael to bingo 1/18 of the time with RODNEyS if I draw IO. He might be able to win some endgames with stuff like 11C DRONGO, but my hope was that he'd either not have such plays or would give me back an outbingo if he were to play them. Champ agrees that ELK is best by a mile.
>Michael: ?EINORS 11C ERIN.O +22 339
#note Dodged a bullet here. ERGO, which Michael put down and picked up in favor of ERINGO, wins by 2 and is his only win. He was down to about a minute though and this is a very difficult endgame to permute especially with the blank.
>Mack: CDINOSU C9 CO.DS +22 359
#note Best along with CRUDOS.
>Michael: ?S 9I ...S +15 354
#note Michael had about 15 seconds left and saw NEbS lost by 5, so quickly slapped this down hoping I didn't have an out since his tracking was quite frantic down the stretch. It's a bit worse for spread given I have outs but definitely a reasonable try to go for the win.
