#note Dells Spells Southern Edition (WGPO) 2019 Game 6 vs. Aaron Bader. Yes, I saw CWM. No thanks.
>Aaron: Q -Q +0 0
#note Exchange 1, rack not known.

#note Blah, ASCENDER.
>Aaron: IQ 9F QI +15 27
>Bill: ?INSTTT 10E TIT +21 94
#note I didn't know ANTISTAT, which hits the triple. Missed TITRANTS. TANTRIST would be silly, but for the record I missed it as well.

>Bill: ?AAINST N5 STAmINA +71 165
#note 11B AgAINST for 82. Come ON, man, that's easy. Also TAIPANS, ATTAINS, AGITANS for 82 (but putting letters in the triple lane). I did see ENTASIA and ARTISAN for a few more points in column N but didn't want to put vowels next to the TWS. But I can just do STAmINA in row 6 for one fewer point and not give up a TWS at all. Really, really poor effort on a lot of the blank racks in this tournament.

#note JO(KEY) for 50.

#note The sim likes exchanging, but only by a little. My instinct in this type of situation is that, as long as I can get it down to a three vowel leave and stay a bingo ahead, the rack's got a good chance of balancing out and I should keep a tempo advantage if he gets a normal-scoring bingo.

#note Funnily enough, missed H1 GOOILY for 33. Got an extra nickel for this at least.

#note I guess this is probably pretty nutty. Missed F4 UPGO, which blocks the two best lanes, and A12 THOU. In my defense I didn't think he would block row 15 if he had a good leave, so I didn't expect him to bingo this turn and was seeing if I could force my own bingo through to end the game. It seemed at the time like I might need to be proactive, like even if I see UPGO, if he still bingos on row 14 I could be in a tight spot, only down a little but with no scoring tiles and tough decisions to make. I'm still not sure what I think about this.

#note -16 because he can block all my outs, though he was low on time.
>Aaron: AFIMNSU 4E FUM +16 387
#note 7G FA is best.
>Bill: EGN 3D NEG +15 495
#note I did see all the outs when I played HARP, including GANE/QIN/TITE, but I started doubting TITE a little bit.
