>Gunther: AEEILNU -EU +0 0
#note I think this is what Gunther had.
>Noah: ABINRRT -BR +0 0
>Gunther: AEEILNO H8 OE +4 4
>Noah: AINORTT 9G T.NTORIA +61 61
>Gunther: AEHIILN L6 HAI.LINE +74 78
>Noah: ADGLRSZ O8 GLAD +27 88
#note Also considered GRAZED, GLAZED. Didn't think about playing GLADS. It has higher static equity and draws one more for AZO, but AZAN is no longer possible. I simmed for 3909 iterations of 4-ply and GRAZED came out ahead of GAZED, the next highest option, by 1.7 equity. GLAD is a bit better for me on his next turn and my next turn, but not enough to overcome the 9 points I give up immediately.
>Gunther: AEHILRU M1 HAULIER +80 158
>Noah: ADORSTZ N9 .ZO +66 154
>Gunther: DEEGINV 2J VEG.N +34 192
#note Gunther said he at first thought he had INVEIGHED here! I noticed GLADDING as another option in the postmortem, but blocking the H is pretty nice. He could also do NEIGHED or NIGHED.
>Noah: ADMRSTW 13I MAW.D +28 182
#note Also thought about playing MAW, though I did most of that thinking on his turn and played this pretty quick. I was scared of hitting 2 or 3 consos with DRST on this board.
>Gunther: EI 1M .IE +20 212
>Noah: AFOORST J6 FOO. +15 197
#note Hm, I can do OOF 12H here. Seems good, right? Scores a point more, and I think leaves better bingo lanes. I'm pretty hesitant to pronounce a play best in these sorts of positions, but is there any reason *not* to play OOF? I can also play FA(N)O if I want a few more points. Didn't sim too long (1287 its 4-ply), but OOF is head and shoulders above the rest :)
>Gunther: DDEIILO 12D DOILIED +77 289
#note Held this for a bit.
>Noah: AANRSTU 4G NATURA.S +68 265
>Gunther: BEEP 11B BEEP +27 316
>Noah: NNQRSTV -NNQV +0 265
#note I did consider TRANQ here! Yuck though, right? I could see trading 5 here instead of 4. After 1633 its, it's ahead by 2.9 in a 4-ply sim.
>Gunther: ?AEOSWY 3C WAYSOmE +85 401
>Gunther: ?AEOSWY -- -85 316
>Noah: ?CRRRST H3 C.RR +6 271
#note Was thinking about BRR before he played WAYSOmE. I played this pretty quick, thinking I want to block SOmEWAY. Maybe I should try something else? My chances look poor here. If he does YOWES (which I didn't see at the time), maybe I can hit a huge bingo like TORQuES.
>Gunther: ?AEOSWY 14H YOWES +56 372
>Noah: ?FJRSTV -FJTV +0 271
#note I think I did this immediately. Do I need to play JeST here, though? Don't know if I even considered it. He left an A so he can score decently after an exchange, putting me in a really bad spot. Even two bingos after my exchange could easily (will probably?) lose.
>Gunther: ?AEIX 15D XEnIA +72 444
>Noah: ?NORSTU D4 cONSTRU.. +70 341
#note Also considered oUTSNORED and pOSTBURN. Didn't see STUBbORN or OuTBURNS. If I want to go for the win I might play one of those, probably STUBbORN. He could have all consos and not be able to block. Might have a little spread downside, I'm not sure.
>Gunther: GJ 5C J.G +22 466
>Noah: EFIMQST 10F QIS +37 378
#note Again played pretty quick, didn't notice QI was an option until after I played.
>Gunther: ABCEKNV 14A BAKE +29 495
#note I think Gunther had something like this. iirc he was pretty mad at himself that he didn't play off CV here.
>Noah: EFMPTUY 15A YE +38 416
>Gunther: CNTV 11K N.C.. +16 511
>Gunther: CNTV -- -16 495
>Noah: FMPTU 6L ..MP +17 433
#note I laid this down quick, around 1 minute left I think.
>Gunther: CNTV J12 ...N +8 503
