#note i thought about this for a long time. I think fou is a terrible thing to do, emptying the bag and making the bingos easier, as things like poxiest win by 4. this play makes it impossible to bingo on row 14, there are no bingos that start with o possible. sopited n4 is still possible but wont win, plus with a d, t, or s draw i get my own bingo in response on the unblockable row 14
