#note I was trying to block column A, but 4A AULIC is better for that. 12K AGUED, which I think I did not see, is an effective block of the bottom right quadrant. I think I saw K10 AUGITE and 12H FUGUE, which Quackle prefers, but it seemed too easy for Kevin to get a bingo after either of those plays. That said, all of these plays are better than GUISE.

#note This is by far the highest scoring play, and it benefits from blocking row 1 bingos. However, there is only one rack Kevin can have that yields a bingo, and when Kevin does not have a bingo, he is able to score from the J (JADE, JATO, JEON, etc.) and I often do not draw an out. 10B JETON gets the best valuation by far, partially for unknown reasons. I draw multiple outs with an O, but with any other tile Kevin can block.
