#note Interesting decision. My thought during the game was that it would actually be pretty hard for Rafi to get two bingos after O1 DISPREAD -- that I could block up the board well. (I wasn't thinking about huge bingos like COJOINED, which could be a problem, though I think I'm still a favorite after that) If he bingos to the D as he did, it looks pretty hard for me to take out everything (I wasn't thinking of column J this turn, or later in the game, which is too bad). But the bingo percentages after both plays are actually very similar -- after 11847 iterations, O1 DISPREAD gives back a response bingo % of 15.1853 while O8 DISPREAD gives back 15.8015. (sic) My choice of O1 does give back better average score, which makes sense, and in particular, I'd guess Rafi's average bingo scores higher after my play. Also, it might still be true that I have a better chance of stopping Rafi from bingoing twice after O1 DISPREAD. It feels like the spots are more spread out if I play O8, but this is a rough judgment, maybe it is wrong.
>Rafi: AEEILRT 1H RETAILE. +80 376
>Noah: AEHNOTU N5 OH +28 439
#note Another interesting one. A possibly big issue with this is that Rafi can fish afterward. Plays like HAUNTE(d) avoid that, and block some bingos, but I assume are pretty bad at outrunning bingos. If Rafi does a 1 tile fish after this, I could leave some in the bag. Maybe by scoring with TYNE, though I could end up with ugly stuff in the endgame if I play TYNE.
>Rafi: AINOTTU 3H TITANOU. +68 444
>Noah: ACENTUU 4D ACUTE +19 458
#note Thought Rafi had ACCIJLU -- forgot to track what I drew. Sloppy. Even given what I thought he had, I thought ECU might be better (it is best given what he actually had), but this felt more resilient to me having missed stuff.
