#note A host of reasonable options here. First of all, GEM has to be an improvement over MEG because of MEGA responses. Other than that, there's also MEH in the same spot, which scores 5 more points and bingos about the same percentage of the time. That sounds pretty good - but when I bingo after GEM it's often much higher scoring hooking GEMS. Another idea is GEM at 3A for 26, playing a bit less recklessly; somehow after that placement I average just as many points per turn as I do after my placement. Finally there's 14J EIGHT, which sets up the O column, just like GEM does, except without such high scoring underlapping possibilities. These 4 plays (both GEMs, MEH, and EIGHT) sim less than 2 points apart in valuation.

#note Strongly considered leaving the T off with just AHA as well as 14L AHI which is even better. I got burned here, but the undoubled Ts and two extra points seem worth it, I think; the outcome that scared me after TAHA would be if she bingos with GEMS and I draw a bingo that no longer fits on row 15 because of the T.
