NEEDY is still pretty good for outrunning, and he is only keeping 4 tiles, something like ERST, so there's no guarantee of bingoing. with ERST implied this wins a sim

I didn't want to do WAP 7C despite it's scoring property, cause it's really really hard to block that hook, and if he properly hits column L or something, that is a real threat that can cost me the game. UPWENT deals with the bottom left totally, so I can focus on board closure
