this wins half the time (tying with E draws, winning with G and X and O draws, losing with A and I and R draws). it doesn't seem like anything else wins more - quackle thinks fishing an I wins 5/8 instead of 4/8, but going through each endgame Joey has pretty easy wins (mostly REGIO(N) or I2 ER will do)
