ON L3 is also good, with so many Is out! AGON kills a sim, I'm not sure why. GON(E) works well to set up an ING lane

I didn't really consider PARE enough, but it's cool because his only good blocking tile is the P, otherwise he has to play a 2 there or burn an S (obv pare only works if he doesn't have an S). PARE might be the aggression I need - RAP is a weird opening because it's really not a big threat, he should just block the G.

(A)BED for 24 is interesting, but he will often be able to play bingo defense and win like that - it's hard for me to hit the G cause I can only have an I and a blank, giving me fewer options to hit things. If he plays 1 tile that probably does worse than making a 2 row blocking play ending in C, cause he will lose to some 2 row bingoes and still lose to all 15 row bingoes. BED looks necessary
