>Joe_Roberdeau: GHO H7 HOG +14 14
>Ryan_Fischer: BFIPQRU 8D QUIP. +26 26
#note FIQ(H) is +.3. Makes sense. Except for that whole icky U thing.
>Joe_Roberdeau: OSZ 10F ZOS +40 54
>Ryan_Fischer: ABFMRUW 11E FAW +34 60
>Joe_Roberdeau: FMOR I4 FORM +22 76
>Ryan_Fischer: BKMRSTU 5H K.MBU +26 86
#note Ooh, (ZA)MBUK. But this is 1 point better.
>Joe_Roberdeau: ?AADNRT 12G TANkARD +72 148
#note Can make it a Y, too.
>Ryan_Fischer: IPRRSTT 9B TRIP +22 108
#note Figured I'd get a bit risky since he drew 7.
>Joe_Roberdeau: NNNNN -5 +0 148
>Ryan_Fischer: IJLRSTX A5 JILTS +43 151
#note Not a great draw for me, but luckily, his post bingo draw was worse.
>Joe_Roberdeau: EY 6I .YE +33 181
>Ryan_Fischer: AEHIORX 4K OX +41 192
#note OXHIDE and EXORDIA put vowels in dumb places. Not that I was considering them.
>Joe_Roberdeau: EGINW 5A .EWING +34 215
>Ryan_Fischer: AAEEHIR 11K HAE +27 219
#note HAE is okay except for what is does to the board. HEA(D)IER for 30 is the only other thing really to consider. AHI for 29 is too vowel heavy.
>Joe_Roberdeau: CENOY 12A CONEY +34 249
>Ryan_Fischer: AACEIRU A12 .ACA +24 243
#note It took me way to long to deliberate here. When in doubt take the points is a good mantra, especially when down, but simple plays like AUA for 15 are much better. That's what I needed.
>Joe_Roberdeau: EV D4 V.E +12 261
#note This does not bode well for me.
>Ryan_Fischer: EEGIRTU H1 GREE. +39 282
#note Why AUA was so important. Ugly rack. GREEK for 39, or AGUE for 15 with a much better leave. I wonder what a player like Gibson would do? A long time ago, Looby taught me not to destroy my rack too much. Either way I'm opening a lane, so with AGUE, at the very least, I'll be able to bingo back if my opponent does. But 24 points is way too much to give up.
The detailed sim says We'll score 37 next turn, bingo 30% with GREEK, with AGUE we'll score 50 next turn, bingo 50% of the time. So, it seems to be clear that AGUE is ... better? If I'm reading right?
>Joe_Roberdeau: ?AEILRT 1A RELATIn. +77 338
#note Well, at least I've gotten good at reading my opponents. I knew he was strong, but nothing much I could do about that.
>Ryan_Fischer: DINRSTU 2F DU.N +17 299
#note Champ says DU(R)N is second to (E)NUR(E)D for 29. A little bit better valuation, though. I have the last R, so covering up this R isn't that big a deal. I have the C, the A, and two hooks to work with, plus outside shots at ?OS? bingos on column M. And the G at 9 H.
>Joe_Roberdeau: IO M3 IO +14 352
#note D-d-d... does he have XRAY vision or something?!
>Ryan_Fischer: ILNORST G6 LO. +15 314
#note I mean, HOW did he know to play there and block my bingo? This is best static. Getting kind of desperate. Champ says LOIN. I don't really get that. This is 3rd, with a much lower valuation. I guess the 2 Is still in the pool might have something to do with that. At least there are a lot of Es.
>Joe_Roberdeau: EEN 10B EEN +23 375
>Ryan_Fischer: DIINRST N6 NITRIDS +78 392
#note Finally. Felt like I was chasing one bingo this whole game. Because I was. I mean, I left RST on turn THREE and didn't get it until turn TWELVE. Partly because I misplayed the (C)ACA rack, but still.
>Joe_Roberdeau: BDEILOU 8L BU.E +27 402
#note Wow, he has a win here of O4 BLUDIE 49. I didn't know that one. It means, BLOODY! Adjective. I have SAVATE up top, too, but I wasn't 100% on it.
>Ryan_Fischer: AAESTV 14A .AVEATS +28 420
>Ryan_Fischer: (DILO) +10 430
